Eastlands Most Beloved Gospel Artist is rolling in doh! He lives a lavish life with his family and we finally have the exact amount of money he makes per show. The ‘Mama’ crooner came up from a very humble backgound in the slums of Mathare and now dominates our screens all over.
The beautiful celebrity family just welcomed their newest addition earlier this month, a little boy by the name Majesty. The gospel artist is working overtime to provide for his family.
During an interview with Betty Kyallo, he showed off his studio and office for EMB entertainment. The lavish office looks like it fell straight from the movies. Bahati is clearly doing well for himself.
The office blew Betty’s mind away and she couldn’t help but ask the big question which is how much the artist makes.
Bahati did not hesitate in revealing his rate card to the world. In his words;
My rate card is 700k per show.
The number shocked Betty as well. Gospel music in the country is clearly a money-making machine. It’s no wonder we’re seeing so many artistes moving from secular to Gospel and upgrading their lifestyles almost overnight.
To clarify, Bahati told Betty that the amount is negotiable. To further add salt to injury, he pointed out that the amount is paid for a performance of about 30 minutes. It is clear Bahati is using money the way it should be used.
He announced that he will be releasing new music every 21 days from now till end year. He will also be dropping his album next year in April so you should look out for it. You can tell he is about to drop some amazing gems after the brief snippet from his next song to dop which is a feel-good dance song that will blow up the Kenyan airwavesin the near future.
