Genge star Frasha revealed that he quit alcohol after 15 years of consuming it. He has been doing a 90-day challenge and urged people to join him on this journey.
Frasha has announced that he has successfully finished his challenge and thanked everyone that stood by him;
he wrote, “I did it nothing is impossible nothing is unachievable. Thanks to everyone who joined the challenge even if it was for a day I want to say a BIG Thank you #90daysfreeofalcohol #SeekBalance #positivevibesonly #mungumbele.”
The youth leader under Maendeleo Chap Chap, said in a previous interview that;
“AFTER DOING THE 40 DAYS SOBRIETY CHALLENGE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, I HAVE REALISED THE IMPORTANCE OF QUITTING ALCOHOL COMPLETELY,” he said.
Frasha regretted how much he was spending on alcohol.
“AS YOU MATURE UP, YOU START REALISING THAT THERE ARE THINGS YOU ARE DOING THAT ARE NO LONGER IMPORTANT, WHICH ARE WASTING YOUR TIME, MONEY AND EVEN THEY MAKE YOU LOSE FOCUS,” HE SAID.
“THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT ALCOHOL. FIRST, IT WILL AFFECT YOUR FINANCIAL STATUS, HEALTH AND MAKE YOU LOSE FOCUS BECAUSE OF THE HANGOVERS,” HE SAID.
“I HAVE REALISED ALCOHOL WILL ALWAYS BE THERE, SO EVERY INDIVIDUAL SHOULD EVALUATE THEMSELVES AND THE CHOICES YOU WANT IN LIFE,” FRASHA SAID.
