Kenyans online are known for making fun of everything no matter how serious the situation is.
The current joke taking over Twitter is about the situation at Mwiki – Kasarani area.
This after thousands of residents of Mwiki-Kasarani in Nairobi County were forced to walk for 5.2km to board vehicles to their various destinations despite heavy morning rains.
After matatus operators’ strike paralyzed transport protesting the poor state of Mwiki Kasarani road.
Photos making rounds on social media shows clearly plaguing roads with holes that vary in size and shape. The potholes are filled with water as a result of the morning rain.
They also note that the road is impassable during rainy seasons since it is muddy.
Despite all the hustle Mwiki – Kasarani residents were subjects too, tweeters are making fun of the situation with funny memes.
