The Pentecost Church of Ghana has announced that it will, from now on, ban weddings for all couples who “touch-touch” each other before they tie the knot. While speaking in the Global Minister’s Conference event on Saturday, Apostle Nana Yaw Kumi said that he would not allow immoral behavior from couples before they are officially married.
“You go see somebody raise lady en leg, lady dey sit man en lap top, de dey touch some places. So we want to discourage den tins,” he told his followers.
Apostle Nana Yaw Kumi went on to condemn such immoral behavior from couple terming it as “ungodly”. While speaking on behalf of the Pentecost Church of Ghana, the Apostle said that the church would ban all weddings if they discover that the couples involved have been “touching vital parts.”
“You go see say where dem dey touch, plus di things dem dey do nu, e be married couples wey for fit do that,” he said.
The Apostle also said that the church would not allow alcohol to be served and secular music to be played on weddings, also calling it all “ungodly.”
