“Ohh!!!..time does fly…Aisee growing up is a trap. @akamombasa #AgakhanAcademyMsa,” Lulu captioned.
Lulu was born in Mombasa, to a mother of Seychellois and Kikuyu descent.
She is the firstborn of three girls.
She attended Aga Khan Academy and later trained to be a cabin crew hostess.
She then landed a job at Radio Salaam, so she decided to go back to school for a journalism course.
She studied Communication and Journalism.
Her mother died after she had started working so she stepped in, took over her business and became the caregiver to her two siblings.
After a short while, a KTN crew told her there was a crisis at KTN and she decided to apply for the position.
That is how she moved from Radio Salaam to KTN.
From KTN she moved to Citizen TV to anchor 7 pm news alongside Kanze Dena.
Kanze was promoted to the State House and her position was taken by Lulu’s husband, Rashid Abdallah.
