Classic 105 breakfast show presenter Maina Kageni found himself having to bail out one of his listeners, a die-hard fan.
During his breakfast show yesterday morning, Maina, received a call from Brighton Kiama who said he was at Kasarani and he needed to be bailed out.
Brighton said, “Mimi niko Kasarani (police station cells) nimeshikwa juu ya mask. Mimi ni fan wako, unaona? Maina, najua huwezi kosa thao.”
He explained that he was eating when he was arrested for not wearing a mask.
“Nilikua nimeweka kwa mandevu an wakani grab.”
Maina was perplexed and even asked, “Yaani he was on the phone for 5 minutes waiting. I will send someone to the station to bail him out.”
And that is how random, Maina’s morning was.
