Actress Monix Chege was always a happy soul, her family was her rock, pride and joy. However, the grim reaper saw it fit to snatch her from her friends, family and fans on December 21, 2020.
Monix was admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties, 15 days later she was gone.

During her stay in the hospital, she did not give up at all.
In one of her social media posts, the upbeat TV star wrote,
“Yesterday was quite a tricky day for me. It’s like the drugs were fighting me back – with a vengeance! I thought this is it, I can’t take this crap anymore….oh my babies!! 😭then God reminded me, you are just down and not out! Gerrrup!”
“Then I remembered the power of collective prayer and with all the strength I had left in me, I reached out to you people and there was a collective prayer avalanche….within no time i stabilized after a whole days agony.”
“My ninjas are getting stronger by the minute, hallelujah! Thank you for the love people. May God reward you with good health.❤️”
In September she celebrated her 43rd birthday and with it, she had a photoshoot with her hubby.
She captioned their cute photos,
“Love wins, All day, Every day💃🏽.”

Celebrating the birthday of her youngest son, Monix wrote,
“This little human joined my life And he brought along; So much peace… Beyond human understanding And Life! And freedom, And understanding , And surrender… And oh so much Joy!! And love ❤️ Oh, love!!!! …..💗”
“This little boy gave me back to ME….t was God saying, it is finished! You have cried enufff!!!! Smile, be happy, live, love, it is your time!!!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. And we love him to small little atom pieces, all of us!! He is Love ❤️ and he is loved!, boldly and loudly 😎.”

“Life is fleeting…
Tomorrow is promised,
And whether we are present or not
The sun will still rise tomorrow ..
