The chairman of team mafisi is not immune to kucatch feelings. Shaffie Weru shared with Jalango about his relationship with Joan. He also detailed how they are doing their best to co-parent.
Shaffie told Jalango,
“We are in good terms. I walked out as in I left. She did nothing like outrageous that would have made me leave but I left then and just decided to be out there cause both of us in that house the co-existence becomes super tricky.”

“I respect her I provide all my fatherly duties plus more but yeah. Si ati naeza kubali nimwone na mtu atahama.”
Shaffie described his dating life as “I am not dating I’m not even been in a dating situation.”
He added,
‘As in kukaa na dem before tulikuwa tunawapeleka naivasha tunawapeleka naks nawapeleka kwa movies but for four years I have not been in a dating scenario.”

He explained,
“I have not put myself in that position to take anyone on a date but yes I have gone out and have met people and some people have got to that position where they have thought that in their head that we are in that situation but it has never worked. To be called by a chile to meet for coffee or to have dinner or even sitting next to a chic and eating or doing anything I have not done. So if I have not done all that, who is Mama Nia to do that?”

Shaffie explained how he takes care of Joan, his children and their household.
“Joan pia anapikanga anatuma like when I go for shopping I have to shop for technically two houses so my house is less cause I shop for manly things and food for just to go incase Nia comes over but most of the shopping goes to the other house where Joan stays with the children there is Nia and there is Jabali.”
He continued,
“so nikikaa tu chini niskie njaa si ni mimi nilinunua hiyo food nitapiga simu na ata kama italetwa italetwa na boda but I have to eat.”
